Let Them Eat Cheese

Yeah, I haven't been blogging much lately. I blame my solar powered-ness. The sun has been hiding this past week and it has been horrid and I just haven't had the energy to do anything.

Except eat this cheese.

Manchego Cheese from the La Mancha region of Spain.

We got it at Costco (duh) and it is awesome.

Go. Buy some. Eat it. That's what I'm doing.
