There Is Wort in My Tub

Beer-making is occurring! Today, Dan created the wort and is now cooling it to room temperature before he adds the yeast and lets it ferment. And can I tell you, it takes five gallons a long time to boil. So for most of the afternoon and evening, Dan's been doing his beer magic and the house has smelled like malted barley syrup and (later) hops. It's fragrant. And since I can't share the smell, I'm sharing pictures of what is creating the smell!
