There Was Profanity

I've been having issues with arthritis in my hands and feet lately so a couple of weeks ago, I went to the doctor and had lots of blood tests. Today, I went back for the results.

Celiac disease.

Sigh.

    1. Indeed. :(

Also, your teas are sitting on my counter staring at me. And I might have just ordered something from A&D, so now it is waiting on that.... but it will be coming... someday...!

    2. I saw they had a new Keemun. I've had a Bad Dog moment with Joseph Wesley, though, so I'm not allowed. (I'll be sending you some JW! One of them in particular is HUGELY interesting. I haven't even tasted it yet because I'm not finished simply looking forward to it. *pets tin*

    3. I am not familiar with Joseph Wesley so I look forward to trying it! I should get my A&D order soon so hopefully that means the next weekend I'll get your goodies out! I'm sadly short on Keemun right now - I only have my remains from my CTG going out of business sale. :(

    4. Oh no, that was your favourite Keemun! O.O
I'm very new to JW as well. I was very much drawn in by posts appearing on Steepster. Especially that one post that explained why the interesting one was interesting. Interesting enough for me to start badgering him about getting an order to Denmark. :D Turns out he's had a couple of orders sent to South America, so he had tried it before. He even (hold on to your hat!) paid half the shipping cost for me! It was because I was over the amount that would have given me free shipping if I had been in North America, but SO many other places would have just said they couldn't do that when sending it so far away. I probably won't order there again, though, because it's just so inconvenient, but I'll happily sing his praises to anybody who will listen. :)

    5. Yay for happy international shipping - and helpful (and good!) tea vendors!

As for the CTG Keemun, Tony did tell me where he sourced it and they do sell to the public... but I might have to buy 2kgs. Darn!

    1. I was found to have one of the two gene markers for Celiac, but just because you have the gene doesn't mean you have it or will get it. Your chances are high that you will eventually.... and ta-da!
